Before requesting a return, be sure to read below about the process and which conditions validate a return/refund.
My overall refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. I don’t refund items based on buyer’s remorse.
If you never received your order, contact me within 30 days after the estimated delivery date for a refund.
If your decal(s) arrived in the mail damaged, simply send me a picture using the form below and I’ll replace them free of charge. While I do replace decals that arrived damaged, I don’t replace decals damaged from user error. Be sure to follow my instructions on how to apply them.
To initiate a return, simply use the form below to contact me with your order info, a brief description of the issue and a photo of the product(s) you wish to return.
Allow 1 to 3 business days for a response/confirmation of your request.
If a return is initiated, I will send an address for your item to be returned to.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email notifying you as such. You’ll also be notified about the status of your refund.
When your refund is initiated, credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, expect to see this within a few business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Be sure to allow enough time for the process to complete.
If the problem persists, contact your credit card company or your bank – it may simply take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve tried these methods and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact me and I will investigate any issues on my end.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If applicable, attach pictures of your item (damaged, incorrect, etc.). Otherwise, you can leave it blank.
